Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland, on Saturday, February 7, 2015, one day after his 92nd birthday. Arlie Whetham of Orr Lake, beloved husband of the late Elma Whetham (nee: Reynolds). Loving father of Brent (Barbara) of Orillia, Dana of Orr Lake, and Teana Marie Whetham of Elmvale. Proud Grandpa of Rebecca (Dana) Terkildsen, Ian (Christie) Whetham, D'arcy Whetham, Trent (Alison) Hummelink and Morgan Hummelink. Cherished Great Grandpa of Ryan, Abby, Logan, Keegan and Trace. Dear brother of Madeline (the late Orval) Edwards and Barbara (the late Alec) Spence both of Midland, Clair & wife Jan of Aurora, Lloyd (predeceased) & wife Phyllis of Nevada and Ross (predeceased) & wife Irene of Elmvale. Brother-in-law of Doreen (the late Jack) Sye of Orr Lake, and predeceased by William (Venora) Reynolds, Maisie (Lloyd) Findlay, Frances (Ross) McFarland, and Fredda (Grant) Dunn. Arlie will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
